ce Company specialized in the Vocational Education and Training sector, with offices in Catania, Siracusa, Palermo and Trapani.
Civita works together firms, offering them innovative tools for the improvement of their human resources and relevant skills for managing supply and demands of labour by promoting events addressed to a general qualitative renovation of the territorial economic system as a whole .
Our Action
We started our activity in 2006 and, thanks to the experience and cultural background of its associates and partners, we currently offer a significant and variegate array of professional services in the areas of interest, such as:
– Planning, management and evaluation of regional, national, and European integrate projects;
– Projecting and management of integrated actions for local development and support;
– Design and implementation of focused integrated projects for updating and requalification of employees’ skills;
– Strategies for balancing supply and demand of jobs in order to mediate between supply and demand of jobs;
– Assistance, planning, support and management of European projects, in order to promote the dissemination of knowledge and professional skills, the exchange of best practices, in a cross-border dimension;
– Promotion of actions addresses to social integration of minorities and disadvantaged people, thereof contributing to the diffusion of equal opportunities.
Civita’s methodology and education training system are addressed to fulfil both individual and local specific economic needs across several sectors, thereof contributing to a general improvement of professional skills in the areas in which its activities are pursued

Our Experience
Civita has develope
d numerous integrated projects from 2006 to 2015.
Civita has proposed, planned and developed 38 training plans dedicated to the employees of the companies involved in the field of Italian inter-professional funds (FONDIMPRESA, Fond.E.R., FORTE, FON.COOP, FAPI, FON.DIR.) in the sectors of Agriculture, Food Industry, Tourism, Health and ICT.
Furthermore Civita has the accreditation in order to act in the field of:
– Training in the Health Sector: Civita is Provider “ECM – Educazione Continua in Medicina” (Italian Acronym, that means lifelong learning in medical sector) for long-life learning activities in Medicine, which includes the possibility to operate in the whole national territory;
– Training in the Health and Safety at Work: Civita is Qualified for issuing legally relevant certificates testifying for the fulfilment of obligations concerning matters of Health and Safety at Work. Registered in the Regional List of DASOE – Dipartimento per le Attività Sanitarie e Osservatorio Epidemiologico (Italian Acronym, that means Department for Sanitary Activities and Epidemiological Observatory) as qualified body for pla
nning and implement educational training courses allowing employers, as well as workers, supervisors and accountables, to fulfil obligations concerning prevention and protections against risks for health and safety at work.
Moreover
CIVITA collaborates with Local Authorities as Comune di Catania, Regione Sicilia etc.
Regarding the management of the European projects, Civita collaborate as Partner, developing activities of learning, mobility, hosting, technical assistance, management consultancy and sharing of best practises.
